Some javascript windows won't pop up for me when asked to -- w/MS IE?

MS IE v6.0.2900etc.

Allowing pop-ups temporarily doesn't help.

Any idea?

Some java is just completely blocked, as the script could be a variation, or similar to a malicious, or annoyance script.
