In google reader, filter results coming from a feed. ie: get camera info from a website, not all ele

For instance, buy.com sells tons of stuff. I get a rss feed from them into my google reader. I want to only see stuff that has the word 'camera' in it, don't want 2000 ads a day about computer peripherals. Any way to do that?

Simply use the searchbox inside of google-reader. Search for camera and you just see the ads with "camara'" in it.

Its really easy. :)
