How to Enable the Home page option buttons in IE/Tools/Internet Options/General tab?

There are buttons like Use Current,Use Default,Use Blank in Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/General tab

those 3 buttons are disabled in my system due to the virus called www.nsl-school.com.

Please help me how to enable those 3 buttons

Well, apparently you need to remove that virus first. Try to get and use an antivirus scanner that will find and remove that virus. Or, you can also try the online virus scanner provided by AntiVirus software companies (e.g. Symantec, McAfee, TrendMicro, etc).
